Our gastronomic concept reinterprets popular Italian cooking based on the knowledge and experience that we have gained at our flagship restaurant Lakasa over the last few years.

We aim to create an elaborate cuisine, based on a meticulous selection of ingredients through a wide network of producers and suppliers in Spain and some in Italy.

With this rich and varied pantry, in our menu we offer fresh and original dishes with we try to reflect our values ​​and create the best flavour experience in each bite.

Antipasti

At Fokacha we make fresh pasta every day, with the traditional recipe of egg and a 00 wheat flour brought from Italy.

Also on a daily basis, we create pizza dough from sourdough, which triggers a natural fermentation in the total absence of chemical yeasts. This process gives pizza a different flavor and texture, in addition to preserving a unique quality that is very positive for digestion.

Integrating these natural processes into the daily dynamics has been a challenge, but we are happily prepared.
